Does the tray clean itself?
This is an open, manual tray. Scoop regularly, then lift away the guard to wash each part separately.

How many gifts can I choose?
Choose any two free welcome gifts, one per style. Each optional gift is US$5.99 separately. You can remove or reselect a gift.
Does the hand bar use a gift slot?
No. The US$0 hand bar is always included and uses no gift slot. It is for your hands after tray cleanup.
How does the cat’s 20% reward work?
Claim the cat reward to pay US$79.20 instead of US$99 for a tray, including your first. No second tray is required. The coupon expires exactly two hours after claiming and does not restart when you refresh or return. Your hand bar and selected welcome gifts remain free.

Scoop daily. Wash the basin and guard regularly with mild detergent, rinse thoroughly and dry before refilling.
Should I clean the guard separately?
Yes. Lift it away so you can reach both parts and their joining edges. Rinse and dry before putting the tray together.
How do I use the included hand bar?
After your usual hand wash, rub the bar between wet hands under cool running water to help with lingering odors. Rinse and leave it to dry.
